F A Q ?


      We receive many request for the information on our sportswear such sublimated rugby Jeysey, Cycling Jersey, Soccer Jeysey, Westling Jeysey, Baseball Jeysey, Basketball Jersey etc.Please allow us to answer most common question.

¡ú. What is sublimation?

      Sublimation is the process where patterns or designs are firstly printed onto paper and then transferred onto the fabric under high heat and pressure. Temperatures used range from 190oC to 215oC. At these temperatures and under high pressure the gas in the inks explode impregnating the fabric, leaving the permanent non fading design.

¡ú.What about size and color?

     The size and color can be changed according to your requirements or according to the size in our webpage.

¡ú.What material?

     All of our apparel and fabric substrates are made of 100% polyester or cotton; We recommend that all of them should be pre-pressed to remove wrinkles and moisture prior to printing. Be sure to use a lint roller to insure that the surface contains no lint, dust or other airborne contaminants. It also a good idea to check the inside or back for stray threads or lint as well to avoid problems.

     All fabrics should be pressed at 400 degrees with light to medium pressure. Times, depending on ink, should be approximately 40 to 50 seconds for Sawgrass XL, and ArTanium UV+, Rotech, Sublibrite and similar inks will take a little longer at 45 to 60 seconds.

     Be sure to use a cover sheet to avoid blow through. If you experience press marks in the material from the transfer paper, you can either press it again with your press (being careful to not press over the image again) or use a hot iron. Most remaining marks should disappear after laundering.

     Or you could send us the sample material, we will produce the sportswear as your sample.

¡ú. Is it easy to launder?

     Yes!  We use the most friendly and easy care fabrics possible and as long as people follow the washing instructions that are in every garment they shouldn't have any problems.

¡ú.Can you print my picture or logo on the sportswear?

     Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the sportswear as normal silk-screen printing or sublimated printing, and you can offer the picture in vectorgraph which made by Photoshop or Coredraw. Quite often people want to come up with their own design that is unique to their team or organization. We encourage this and can help with your artwork or create the design for you.

¡ú.How do I order?

c. We will sign a ¡°Order Confirmation¡±, send you a scan original copy by e-mail.

     2. Order by Fax

b. Type up the ¡°Order Form¡± and fill in the blank, and send to 0086-20-85992887

       
c. We signed and send back to you for confirmation.

      3. If special design, sublimated sportswear which uses your own designs and colors. It could be available in short or long sleeves; different collar options and in various hi-tech fabrics. Please email us for price and order information without hesitation.

¡ú.How do I pay?

     Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.

¡ú.How do you start the order?

     We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of the total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.  

     If the order is urgent, you¡¯d better pay 100% in advance.
Our regular producing time for a normal order is 30 days, excluding air transit time, from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions. Please remember that the lead time begins once all ¡°Final Art Work¡± for orders is signed off by the customer ¨C Changes to an order after this point will affect the quoted lead time. ¡ú.Shipping?

   
1. How are the shipping charges calculated and the shipping time?

     Can be transported by air on airport to airport basis or by sea on seaport to seaport basis. But usually, we suggest that send the goods by courier such as DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS if the goods do not sum up to 45kg. The approximate transit time is 5 days or above.

    
Shipping charges vary according to product weight, type and destination. Because it is based on actual charges from the carrier (i.e. DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS), the shipping charges cannot be calculated until your order is boxed and weighed and will then be added to your invoice. Please understand that UPS and other services do charge an additional fee for residential deliveries, even if you operate a business from your home. We apologize for any inconvenience, but have no control over carrier policies. DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS fuel surcharges vary and are adjusted monthly.Most products are shipped via DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS because they offer package insurance and excellent tracking software. We appreciate everyone's understanding. Additional surcharges may apply to certain international shipments. If you would like to know the shipping charges before we charge you, you may contact us by phone, e-mail or add a note in the special instructions portion of the order form.. Of course, you could supply your account number in DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS, the postage will be charged into your courier account directly.

     2. Do you ship internationally?

      While we do offer our products worldwide, shipping can often be a problematic and costly factor in orders shipped overseas. Our preference is to ship by DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS or another self-contained worldwide service as they do offer insurance and tracking capabilities. If insurance is available through them (and it is not to all locations), claims for lost or delayed merchandise can not be filed for at least 30 days if going out of the country. For that reason, we ask that those who choose this option of shipping, not hold us responsible for delays which are out of our control. We are happy to file claims if necessary, but goods can not be replaced until a settlement has been reached. We apologize for this inconvenience, but the alternative is to utilize the services that will handle the complete delivery themselves, such as DHL, Fedex, TNT or UPS.

      Please note that there are countries where information is difficult to verify or nonexistent. We respectfully reserve the right to not process orders that do not pass certain verification requirements.

     3. Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?

      No. The vast majority of our merchandise is shipped via UPS, DHL or Fedex, and a valid street address is needed to ensure proper delivery. We also cannot deliver to A.P.O., F.P.O. or certain foreign addresses .

     4. Can I ship my order to a different address?

      Yes, but for your protection we need to verify your information. Remember to use a street address, not a Post Office Box, for any shipping address.

¡ú. Can I return an item that is damaged, defective?

      We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival, if there is any shipping damage you must note that with the carrier immediately. Everything we sell is inspected for defects before it leaves, but if you find a defective item we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) will be issued if necessary. We will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount. 

      Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. To avoid a restocking charge, please return your merchandise in the original box, and packing materials, including all accessories, if any. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Special order merchandise is not returnable. Merchandise other than defective or damaged, if approved for return, is subject to a restocking charge that will be deducted from your credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.
